Experience the benefits of functional training
Full-body strength and stability — functional training works both surface and deep muscles, building a solid physical foundation for everyday movement.
Better mobility and flexibility — targeted movement improves joint mobility, releases muscle tension and helps you move more freely.
Better posture and movement control — mindful body work improves posture and teaches you to move through daily life more efficiently.
Lower injury risk — strengthening the stabilising muscles and improving coordination reduces the chance of overuse injuries.
More energy every day — regular functional training improves your overall fitness and how good you feel day to day.

Functional training is a full-body workout built around strength, mobility, coordination and movements that carry over into everyday life. It helps you build a stronger body, improve your posture and move with more ease and stability.
Absolutely — functional training is adapted to every participant’s fitness level. Your trainer will always offer easier exercise variations and make sure your first session feels comfortable and safe. The most important thing is simply showing up — and a Mobility class is a great place to start.
Comfortable, breathable sportswear and a water bottle — that’s all you need. Sessions are done barefoot or in socks. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so you have time to settle in.
If you’re after more mobility and recovery, Mobility classes are a great fit. For more focus on the lower body, Booty is a popular choice, while Body Sculpt, Circle Training or Pilates are great for more intensive full-body work.
Not at all — functional training is designed to work for beginners. Every exercise has easier and more challenging variations, so each participant works at their own level and builds strength gradually.
