Discover Pilates in Kaunas at MyPilates — one of the city's most popular studio networks. Whether you're drawn to Pilates Reformer, Pilates Chair or other formats, you'll find a wide range of classes to choose from. Suitable for all levels, every session is led by certified trainer-physiotherapists who make sure you train both effectively and safely.
MyPilates' most popular class, using the Reformer machine to create resistance for a dynamic, effective workout. Reformer suits everyone — from beginners to advanced.
Pilates Chairs
One of the most effective Pilates formats, engaging even the smallest muscles. Classes use a special Pilates chair that helps build body control, balance, and coordination.
Hot Pilates
Classic Pilates in a heated room, for even more effective muscle toning.
Pilates Jumpboard
A Pilates workout with a cardio twist — using a special trampoline attachment on the Reformer machine for safe, low-impact jump exercises.
Why choose Pilates?
Pilates builds deep muscle strength, improves posture, increases flexibility and helps manage stress — and the results don't stay in the studio. You'll feel the difference in everyday life too.
Experience the benefits of Pilates
A stronger back and better posture — Pilates targets the deep stabilising muscles along the spine, gradually improving posture and easing chronic back discomfort.
Flexibility and joint health — regular practice increases both muscle and joint mobility, lowers injury risk and helps your body move more freely day to day.
Full-body strength without the strain — the low-intensity, high-repetition approach builds real strength while keeping movement controlled and joint-friendly throughout.
Less stress, better wellbeing — mindful breathing and precise movement calm the nervous system — making Pilates a genuine reset after a long or demanding day.
Results that stick — Pilates shapes the way you move, building habits that carry over from the studio into everything you do.
Why choose Pilates Reformer?
Adjustable resistance — the spring system lets you fine-tune resistance at any point, making Reformer classes just as effective for complete beginners as for experienced athletes.
Full-body engagement — unlike most conventional workouts, the Reformer works your upper body, lower body and core simultaneously — which means faster, more balanced results.
Safe and low-impact — smooth, controlled movement throughout each exercise reduces strain on the joints, making it a great option for anyone returning from injury or rehabilitation.
Endless variety — with hundreds of exercise variations, sessions never feel repetitive — and your body is always being challenged in new ways.
Faster visible results — the constant spring resistance keeps your muscles under tension throughout the entire movement, so they work harder and more efficiently than in standard mat Pilates.

Getting ready for your first Pilates class? We've put together all the answers you might need:
Absolutely — Pilates is one of the best starting points for anyone new to exercise. The Reformer allows for precise load adjustment, and your trainer will walk you through every exercise.
Arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts.
Let your trainer know it’s your first time on a Pilates Reformer — you’ll get a full introduction to the machine and a little extra attention throughout the class.
Flag any health conditions or specific needs with your trainer beforehand. In some cases, personal training may be more appropriate, or exercise may not be recommended at that time.
If you haven’t paid online, you can settle up at the studio before your session.
Anything comfortable, clean and easy to move in — leggings, shorts and a fitted sports top all work great. We train in Grip socks, which have a rubber sole for better grip on the Reformer. They’re not essential for your first session, but if you plan to come regularly, we’d recommend picking up a pair — your workouts will feel safer and more effective. Grip socks are also available to purchase at our studios.
We recommend coming 2–3 times a week. Group classes are great for building a consistent practice, while personal training sessions let you refine your technique or work on specific areas more quickly. If you want to mix things up, we also offer Hot Pilates and Pilates Chair classes at our studios — Hot Pilates is a great option if you’re looking for a more intense format.
Pilates Reformer uses a specialised machine with a spring resistance system, allowing for more precise load control and more effective engagement of the deep muscles. Mat Pilates uses only your bodyweight — no equipment needed. Both methods are rooted in the same principles, but the Reformer offers more scope for personalising your workout.
It does — and it’s one of the most common reasons people come to MyPilates. Pilates strengthens the deep spinal stabilisers that keep your back supported and help ease chronic discomfort. Many of our clients notice a real difference after just a few weeks of regular practice.
Most clients feel the first changes — better energy, less back tension, freer movement — within 3–5 sessions. Visible changes in body composition typically follow after 4–8 weeks of regular Pilates practice.
