The only Hot Room workouts in Kaunas — try Hot Pilates, Hot Yoga and more at MyPilates studios. Classes take place at 33–34°C, where your body relaxes faster, muscles work harder and results come more efficiently. At MyPilates, every hot class combines active movement, heat and deeper relaxation into one session.
Getting ready for your first Hot class? We've put together all the answers you might need:
Drink plenty of water throughout the day and avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before class. Wear light, breathable sportswear and bring two towels — one for your mat and one for after your shower — or rent them at the studio. Arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can settle in comfortably. Don’t rush yourself the first time — move at your own pace and feel free to take a break whenever you need one. Your trainers will make sure you feel comfortable and safe throughout. If you have blood pressure or breathing conditions, or if you are pregnant, please consult your doctor before joining.
We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes before class. This gives you time to check in, get changed, drop off your things and prepare for the session. Please note that latecomers arriving more than 10 minutes after the start will not be admitted.
Absolutely — all classes are adapted for different levels. Your trainers will always make sure you feel comfortable and safe, and you’re free to go at whatever pace works for you.
We keep the room at 30–34°C — similar to being active on a warm summer day. You can always pause, grab some water or sit down. Our trainers keep an eye on the atmosphere throughout and make sure everyone stays comfortable.
While both take place in a heated room, they’re quite different in practice. Hot Pilates is a dynamic, strength-focused workout — continuous movement, core activation, building strength and endurance. Hot Yoga blends movement with breathwork and body awareness — poses are held for longer, and the heat helps you reach deeper stretches and greater flexibility.
Yes — it’s one of the main benefits. The heat allows muscles to relax and release more quickly than in a standard studio, helping you reach deeper stretches while reducing the risk of injury.
It really comes down to what you’re looking for. Stretching — if you want to unwind, ease muscle tension and improve flexibility in the heat. Mobility — if you want better joint movement and more freedom in everyday life. Vinyasa — if you want a dynamic yoga practice that links breath with movement and builds balance and body control. Power Flow — if you’re after something more intense, a fast-paced yoga session that builds strength and endurance. Hot Pilates — if you want to strengthen and tone your muscles in a heated room. Body Sculpt — if you want a full-body workout focused on muscle definition and toning. Booty — if your focus is the lower body and glute strengthening. Not sure where to start? Stretching or Mobility are both great first steps into the hot room.
